Clyde View Holiday Park

Conditions of Entry Under the NSW Health Checklist for COVID-19 Safety in NSW Camping Grounds and Caravan Parks Our conditions of entry to Clyde View Holiday Park include: -You GUARANTEE that you meet the NSW Roadmap TRAVEL RULES ASSOCIATED WITH VACCINATION AND FULLY INDEMNIFY CLYDE VIEW HOLIDAY PARK OF ANY LIABILITY if in fact you are travelling contrary to current NSW Health Orders. - Anyone who develops respiratory symptoms or fever (>37.5°C), even if they only have mild symptoms, MUST: - Advise staff - Immediately get tested for COVID-19 and; - Place themselves in isolation until they have received their result. Everyone must comply with government and Public Health Order directions while on the premises. This includes but is not limited to: - 1 person per 4 sqm rule applies in all communal areas including the Camp Kitchen & Amenities Block and in the Laundry. - Maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing. - Gatherings must not exceed Health Orders for each cohort. - The Pool is currently OPEN to vaccinated paying guests ONLY. - Amenities Block is OPEN for paying guests only. - The Camp Kitchen remains CLOSED until further restrictions upon it are lifted. - Please have patience with these restrictions set upon our facilities. - Everyone must practice good hand hygiene. - All guests, including long-term casuals and visitors, MUST check-in for COVID-19 contact tracing via our QR code upon arrival. - Park Rules and Condition must be followed. - Children MUST be supervised by adults at all times. Aggressive behaviour towards staff WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. All staff instructions must be followed. PAYMENTS and BOOKINGS • A valid Credit Card must be provided for Pre-Authorisation, OR a $100 CASH *Bond, is required on arrival as security. This is increased to $200 for all Christmas Holiday bookings only. • *The Pre-Authorisation or Bond is refunded after an inspection of the villa is completed to management satisfaction. • Every effort is made to allocate your preferred site, but management reserves the right to change a site where the need arises. • Accommodation is based on a nightly tariff and a per head count. • Strictly no overnight visitors unless approved by the office and paid for. • Any damage and breakages must be paid for. ACCOMMODATION • Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out is 10am on day of departure. • No late arrivals will be accepted after office hours unless prior arrangements are made with the office. • Guests not declared on original booking, MUST be declared & paid for at the time of check-in. Undeclared guests will be charged at the extra adult/child rate & will be applied to your account & charged to your credit card. • Please respect other guests and abide by the park rules. Excessive noise after 10pm will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave the park immediately. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PARKING • PARKING FOR 1* VEHICLE ONLY per site — extra vehicle/boat/trailer to be parked in the visitors car park or the car park adjacent to the park. *2 (tandem parked) at the 3 bedroom villas. TARIFF CHANGES • Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Once you have paid your deposit, the tariff is set and will only be changed if an error in calculation or omission of fact has occurred. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE A RESERVATION IF PARK RULES ARE BROKEN. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Lakesea Park

Conditions of Entry Under the NSW Health Checklist for COVID-19 Safety in NSW Camping Grounds and Caravan Parks Lakesea Park must follow the guidelines specified under the NSW Public Health Orders. Our conditions of entry to Lakesea Park include: ▪ Anyone who develops respiratory symptoms or fever (>37.5°C), even if they only have mild symptoms, MUST: ▪ Advise staff ▪ Immediately get tested for COVID-19 and; ▪ Place themselves in isolation until they have received their result. Everyone must comply with government and Public Health Order directions while on the premises. This includes but is not limited to: ▪ 1 person per 4 sqm rule applies in all communal areas including the Camp Kitchen, Amenities Block and Laundries. ▪ Maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing. ▪ Gatherings must not exceed 30 persons at any time. ▪ The Camp Kitchen is OPEN to paying guests. ▪ The Cinema will OPEN over school holidays for paying guests at the allotted times only. ▪ Everyone must practice good hand hygiene. ▪ Children MUST be supervised by adults at all times. ▪ Aggressive behaviour towards staff WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! ▪ All staff instructions must be followed. DEPOSITS AND BOOKINGS All Tariffs are Twinshare. All online bookings deposits are 100% of the reservation, payable at time of booking. Single night bookings in Lakeside & Park Cabins on weekends in MID Season will incur a $20 surcharge. All single night bookings on Ensuite Powered Sites will incur a $20 surcharge. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Bookings arriving after reception hours are to be paid in full prior to arrival. Every effort is made to allocate your preferred site, but management reserves the right to change a site where the need arises. Accommodation is based on a nightly tariff and a per head count. Credit card and license details are required on check-in for Security Registration. If credit card details are not available, a $100 bond will be required on check-in which is refunded upon departure following a cabin inspection. ACCOMMODATION Linen is supplied on the main bed in all of our accommodation range. Linen packs are supplied for all extra beds except sofabeds in the Lakeside Cabins. Linen hire for sofabeds is available @ $20/set. Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out is 10am on day of departure. No late arrivals will be accepted after 6.30pm Monday - Saturday, unless prior arrangements are made with Management. On Sundays, late arrivals are after 4.30pm. Please respect other guests and abide by the park rules. Excessive noise after 10pm will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave the park immediately. No refunds will be given. TARIFF CHANGES Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Once you have paid your deposit, the tariff is set and will only be changed if an error in calculation or omission of fact has occurred. Lakesea Park Management reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the park rules are broken.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations and Refunds • Christmas & Easter Holiday bookings require 50% of the total tariff upon booking. The balance is to be paid by 1 October (Christmas) & 1 March (Easter). • MyStays, Discounted & Online bookings require 100% payment upon booking. • All reservations and deposits on bookings for Christmas, Easter, MyStays, Discounted & Online bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please book wisely. • For all other bookings, cancellations more than 21 days prior to arrival, a minimum cancellation fee of $60 will be charged. For Cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival, the higher amount of 50% of the total tariff OR 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. • No refunds for early departures or inclement weather to all bookings. Time contracted shall be paid for. • For all bookings if a guest fails to arrive on the nominated day of arrival and fails to notify the office the booking will be cancelled, and no refunds apply. COVID-19 • For all bookings strictly no refunds will apply for cancellations made due to COVID-19 or pandemic related government mandated travel restrictions or border closures and no refunds will be given for related illness contracted directly or by a related person affecting the booking. • Credit notes will be issued only for COVID-19 or pandemic related government mandated travel restrictions or border closures. Lakesea Park

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Deposits are non-transferable, so please book wisely. For cancellations more than 21 days prior to arrival, a minimum cancellation fee of $60 will be charged. For cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival, the higher amount of 50% of the total tariff OR 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. For Peak/High Season cancellations prior to 1st November, a minimum cancellation fee of $60 will be charged. For cancellations of Peak/High Season Christmas school holiday reservations after 1st November, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. NO refunds or credits will apply. No refunds for early departures or inclement weather. Time contracted shall be paid for. If a guest fails to arrive on the nominated day of arrival and fails to notify management the booking will be cancelled and no refunds apply.
